John Seerey-Lester is a painter of wildlife, figurative and portraits, his work is very varied from live wildlife, to nostalgic paintings.
He was born in Manchester, England, and became a professional artist in 1974.
In 1982 Seerey-Lester moved to Florida, America to live and work.
He has received many awards for his wildlife paintings and was commended for his conservation work by H.R.H. Prince Phillip.
Seerey-Lester has and still has, many very successful exhibitions in America, where his paintings are very popular.
He is also a teacher who paints along with his students.
